DBBL Scholarships 2026: Existing scholars of HSC-2014, 2015, 2016, and onwards batches may apply for master’s-level scholarships from Dutch-Bangla Bank and get a fully funded scholarship. Eligibility for DBBL Scholarship 2026
Only the DBBL graduates/scholars (students who availed of the scholarship from Dutch-Bangla Bank at graduation level & completed their graduation successfully) will be eligible.
They have to be admitted at the master’s level to any public university in Bangladesh (admission to any private university will not entitle students) after successful completion of their respective graduation course to be eligible.
Availing any scholarship/assistantship/stipend from his/her university/institution (except the Govt. Scholarship for international students) or being engaged in any job will not entitle the candidate to a Dutch-Bangla Bank scholarship, so the candidates are only eligible.
The DBBL Scholarships will be effective after admission to each level (i.e., Masters, M.Phil. & Ph.D. degree program) of post-graduation courses and subsequent application to the Dutch-Bangla Bank Foundation for the international students in the DBBL Scholarships.
Application procedure
Eligible students for these DBBL Scholarships will have to apply directly in the prescribed Application Form (enclosed herewith) along with the required documents at any time after completion of their admission at the post-graduation level and their DBBL Scholarships will be enrolled from the immediate next quarter so never miss this opportunity and get the fully funded scholarship in Bangladesh
List of documents/papers required to attach with the application form for this scholarship:
- Students 02 copies of the passport-size photograph are required.
- A photocopy of the academic performance report/mark sheet and provisional certificate of the latest degree is required.
- Photocopy of admission pay slip of post-graduation level.
- The above 03 documents/papers should be attested by the Head of the Department/Research Supervisor/concerned authority.
- A recommendation letter from the head of department/research supervisor/concerned authority mentioning the course curriculum for students, course duration, an academic session with the name of the starting month for students, and a declaration about not availing any scholarship/stipend.
- Photocopy of the DBBL scholarship awarding letter of graduation level.
Terms and conditions
Only the DBBL graduates/scholars who are required to have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 will be eligible for a post-graduation-level scholarship.
They have to be admitted at the master’s level in any public university in Bangladesh after the successful completion of their respective graduation course for the fully funded scholarship in Bangladesh to get.
Availing of any scholarship/assistantship/stipend from his/her university/institution or engaged in any job, will not le him/her to a Dutch-Bangla Bank scholarship or to get a scholarship in Bangladesh
The DBBL Scholarships will be effective after admission to each level of post-graduation courses for international students (i.e., master’s degree program, M.Phil degree program, & Ph.D. degree program) and subsequent application to the Dutch-Bangla Bank Foundation for the DBBL Scholarship.

Payment procedure & renewal for DBBL Scholarship 2026
The DBBL Scholarships money will be credited to the Rocket Account (mentioned in the Application Form) of the awardees on a monthly basis for the students who want to study in Bangladesh.
The period of DBBL Scholarships will be for one year or the remaining period of running the post-graduation course, effective from January 2026, so come and get a fully funded scholarship in Bangladesh.
It will be renewed on a year-to-year basis for the total duration of relevant post-graduation courses after successful promotion to the next level for the students, duly certified and recommended by the head of the department/research supervisor/concerned authority, so the students who want to get the DBBL Scholarships can get a fully funded scholarship in Bangladesh.
The DBBL Scholarships awardees have to apply for renewal within 30 days after completion of the current period along with the following documents so check the following documents: ‘
Application for renewal of DBBL Scholarships, which will be duly recommended by the head of the department/research supervisor/concerned authority for the students, so these documents are required for the Bangladesh scholarship.
Attested copies of the results of different internal examinations held in the respective university/institution/organization of the awardee are required for the DBBL Scholarships.
