Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the ARICE Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Nationality: Open to international students from non-EU and non-EFTA countries.

Academic Qualifications: Possession of the necessary diplomas and academic records for admission to the desired degree program.

Language Proficiency: Willingness to enroll in a Romanian language preparatory course if not already proficient in Romanian.

Age Limit: Applicants should be under 35 years of age for bachelor’s and master’s programs and under 45 for PhD programs.
Please note that Romanian citizens, asylum seekers in Romania, and individuals with long-term residency in Romania are not eligible for this scholarship.
