- English is the necessary study language.
- All nations throughout the world are welcome to apply as international candidates.
- Each PhD degree programme may grant one 100% or two 50% tuition fee scholarships to new foreign students and Turkish citizens (separately) with a minimum bachelor’s degree CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent.
- In addition to the 50% tuition discount, scholarships for Master’s degrees are also offered to new students in Turkey.
